The Copilot Consumption Model Explained - What This Means For Your Organisation

Copilot is changing. Is your organisation ready?

Date: 11/11/2026

Time: 11:00 - 11:45 GMT

Location: Microsoft Teams (Online)

From 1 December 2026, Microsoft is introducing changes for new eligible Microsoft 365 Copilot Business purchases, bringing usage-based billing into the Copilot experience alongside traditional user licensing.

This doesn't mean every Copilot interaction will suddenly come with an additional charge. Your Copilot licence continues to provide access to everyday capabilities, while certain newer and more advanced experiences can introduce usage-based consumption measured through Copilot Credits.

For organisations, the question is therefore bigger than licensing:

How do you take advantage of more advanced Copilot capabilities while staying in control of consumption, cost and governance?

Join Trustmarque Ultima for a practical webinar where we'll strip away the terminology and explain what these changes mean for your organisation, what you need to consider ahead of 1 December, and how to prepare.

Webinar Agenda

Understand Microsoft's evolving licence-plus-consumption approach and what it means for Microsoft 365 Copilot Business customers.
